The fears that keep my main character, Paul, up at night are worrying if the school and police will find out that he set a bomb in one of the teacher's room's. He and Charlie found a website on how to make a bomb, they made one and put it in one of the teacher's room so that when somebody opens the door and walks in, it will go off. I also think that he often wonders about if the school will also find out if he changed Charie's grade in the school computer.

If I was Elijah the main character, I would say that the worries that would keep me up at knight would be the preacher stealing the money from Mr. Highgate. I know the preacher has many mysteries in his life that no one knows about, but im kind of suspicous, and you cant judge a book by its cover. This thought, would keep me up all night because Im not the kind of person that could tolerate such thoughts at night.
ReplyDeleteSrulik from "Run, Boy, Run". There are many fears and worries that keep me up at night. Most of which will be ones I can never forget...will I ever see my family again?, Where would I sleep tomorrow night?, Will the Germans notice I was gone?, Is there a chance I'll be dead tomorrow? However, the worst fear was wondering if the war was ever going to end. The lowest point in my life would probably have to be when I lost sight of my family. I had no where to go, no where to sleep at night, and nothing to eat. But never once did I complain, I knew I was going to get through this, I just didnt know how.

And they each have there own special moments when they are both selfish and good-hearted. So i believe that all people have that bad side to them, but at the same time they also have a good sense to themselves as well.
ReplyDeleteMy character is Merlin. The fear that keeps me up every night would probably be my dreams I've been having with all its dreaded memories and possible future events. What worries me is that my king will soon dies as well since I've taken care of him like a father as I've been searching for a father most of my young life. The lowest point of my life would be the deaths that surrounds me and I had no way of saving the ones I love.
ReplyDeleteIf I were the author of my book in front of millions of people, I would answer the question saying the peple were selfish. They went into Needful Things thinking only about what they needed and were perchasing and not realizing what they were doing to themselves and others around them. They were so ignorant of the situation that they pretty much killed each other for no reason. But some of the people were good and caught on to what was happening and tried to stop the terrible deaths around them, but were unsuccessful due to the greed and obsession of the townsfolk.
ReplyDeleteI would tell the talk show host that the fears and worries that keep me up at night are that my drunk dad would come in and hit me or thatmy overbaring abusive parents would find out that I smoke drink and do drugs. I would be afraid of what they would do to me. The lowest point in my life was when I found out that my parents were lying to me my whole life whenI found this doll and found out I really was adopted orat least had a different dad.

"the worries that keep me up at night are mostly the fear that i will not keep up my end of the bargion and meggie, dustfinger, and i will be taken to the land of the dead never to rember who we are or who we love and know. my other most comen fear is that my of my wife and unborn child,that they might not make it back to the real world even though our chanses are getting slimer all the time.

ReplyDeleteAnd if i was the author i would say each character in my book is diffrent. one od the characters is very good and down to earth. but than the other well she is just down right mean! I say that Elanie is nice because she is always trying to help people and find the good in them. While the other who i call G because i have no idea what her name really is, well she is always rude to elaine. and is always trying to find something wrong with her.
If a talk show host asked my character this question i think she would say her dad's illness. I say this because this is the only really bad thing that happens to her. One other thing that could keep her up at night is that she may have succeded more without her dad's illness.
ReplyDeleteWell, my book is called ''Way Down Deep'' and the main theme of my book would probably be when Ruby finds out her parents are dead and just her grandmother is alive, so Ruby finally meets her grandmother thinking that she would be nice but she was the complete oppisite of what Ruby expected.Her grandmother was very stubborn and mean and always asking Ruby to do things and she was very selfish and Ruby just wanted to go back and see her other parents that adopted her. While Ruby was there she wanted to find out about her real mom, but acourse her grandmother didn't want to tell her so in Ruby's room where her mom used to sleep in, her mom would write things on the walls about her mom which is Rubys grandmother knowing that the grandmother couln't see the small writting on the walls. I think that the message that the author is trying to convey the reader would be''everyone isn't going to be nice to you even if you want them to'' I think that because of the experience and the relationship between Ruby and her grandmother. This title doesn't really explain the story it just means where her grandmother lives''Way Down Deep''(thats the title of the book).

ReplyDeleteThere isnt quite a main theme in my book. Rather there are many Sub-plots. One of the Sub-plots that is shown very much is how Kattniss will run away from her home in District 12. This shows a message to the readers that with a set mind you can do anything. Another thing that comes up is who will win the Hunger Games. Kattniss had to make a very tough descision in the beginning about how she will save Peeta and kill her self off. This shows how dedicated people can be willing to sacrafice one self for another.

I say that because when Jack found his sister he wanted to take her home but when she said that she did not want to go home then he left her alone. Another reason why my characters are good hearted is because when Jack set Pega free she stayed with him the whole time even when he got really mad and accidently hit her across the face.

I say this because those who are selfish people don't stop to help those who are struggling , such as the homeless in crowded cities. People who are selfish only look out for thier own needs. In this story the characters such as Fiora don't just overlook people's pleas,she actually helps her worst enemy. This is a indication that people are overall very good-hearted.
ReplyDeleteMy book, "Looking for Alaska" by John Green's, main theme, is basically living and learning. They go through a lot of things together, good and bad. For example, one of the main charecters, Alaksa, just died, and her bestfriends, Miles and Chip have to go through the tough time together. So far, I think the author's message it's trying to convey is kind of, you dont really know what you've got till its gone, & living life the fullest.

Then as he got old he gotten better and got noticed. Later he became the best Puerto Rican baseball died.The title is effective in this book is because he put Puerto Rico on the map.

ReplyDeleteIn my book, their are four main characters, Bridget, Lena, Carmen, and Tibby. If a talk show host asked Bridget what are the fears that keep her up in the night, it would be Eric Richmond not liking her. The lowest point in her life is when her mom died.The worries that would keep Lena up at night would be if Kostos likes her and if her babi, or grandfather in Greek, would have more than a two word converasation. The lowest point in her life would be when she accused Kostos stalking her when she was at the lake, but the she realized that she was wrong and had to find some way to apologize to him. The feas that would keep Carmen up at night would be how to fix her relationship with her dad, coming to his wedding or not, and to also build up her relationship with Tibby using the pants to help her get through her twelve- year old friend that has luekemia. The lowest point in her life is when her parents got a divorce and when her dad was getting married to a whole new family and didn't tell Carmen about it. The worries that would keep Tibby up at night would be how her twelve-year old friend named Bailey is doing in the hospital because she has lukemia, and also that her pet hamster mimi just died. The lowest part in her life would probably be when she was the only child and they used to be a normal family until her mom stopped working and became a stay at home mom, and her dad got a new job. Her parents made this dramatic change because her parents decided to have two more children.(a brother and a sister). The main characters of my book, some are kind- hearted and some or just very opinionated. Lena and Bridget are probably the most kind characters in my book, and Carmen and Tibby are very opinonated because they just say it how it is.

If I were the main character of my story and was asked what keeps me up at night, i would have to say the worry of spreading to disease of Small Pox all over the world and causing a huge pandemic. The second thing that would cause me to not beable to sleep would be worrying about whether i was going to get the disease myself. After Mitty was kidnapped i would also have to say that i would be worryed about whether my parents or the cops would be looking for me or not and if my mom was ok and if my parents had read the letter that i was left for them.
ReplyDeleteThe book I am reding is "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoniex" By: J.K. Rowling. From the characters point if view of Harry Potter the fears and worries of him are if Voldemort comes and trys to kill him or if Sirius Black, his godfather, was captured a killed or put back in Azkaban prison. The lowest point in my life is when I witnessed Cedric Diggory died right in front of his face and he could not do anything to stop Voldemort from killing him.

If a talk show host also asked him," What was the lowest point in your life?", he would probably say when the big tornado swept all of his hard work away right after the moose attacked him.

ReplyDeleteIt was very scary to know she might die and I could die as well because of my blackouts. The lowest point in my life was finding out I had something wrong with me and ended up having a name like Spaz.
A fear that keeps me up at night is that Victoria might come for me while I am asleep. I don't want her to hurt Charlie but I can't stop it if I am asleep. The lowest part was when I wasn't able to see my bestfriend Jacob Black because he was a werewolf and Edward is a vampire.

If someone were to ask my character Reed Brennan, what worries keep you up at night I think Reed would say " The fears that keep me up at night would be how do I figure out how to fit in with the Billings girls who are the most popular girls in my boarding school."

The main charcter in my book is Annie.She would probably answer the talk show host's qeustions by saying that her fears and worries that keep me up at night are if my brother will be born safely and if my grandpa will make it though the night. Also that her lowest point of her life was that her grandpa was upset and sick and her friend Max was too and she ddn't know how to make it better for both of them.

ReplyDeleteIf I was on a talk show and i was the character Giselle, i would say the fears that keep me up would be if i were to get fat. It scares me so much to think i could gain a pound because than i would still be just a loser to my father. Also, the thought of me getting bad grades in med school scare me thats why i stay up late at night studying so that i can make sure that i get perfect scores. The lowest point in my life was when i started to lose sleep and myself because i started to lose so much weight and because of that i ended up at my lowest point in the hospital.

The lowest point in my life... I would like to say when both my parents were murdered but i was too young so I would have to say just a few months ago when my godfather, Sirius Black, was murdered. He was really the only person that i could tell EVERYTHING to. :'(

The most important dos are be ready before the rise, use your head and chop off theirs, stay calm, and have plenty of amunition. The don'ts are, don't have long hair or loose clothing; easier for a zombie to grab you, don't pack heavy; just keep asking yourself "Do i really need this?", and don't run out there shooting and trying to kill them all; not only is it foolish but also sucidial.

He would say im worried my mom is going to get so high and get of into tempertantrum and hurt one of myy sisters in themiddle of the night, while I am asleep and can't be there to help them. ReplyDeleteThe title of my book, "A Child Called 'It,'" Fits perfectly into the biography. David, a child, is abused into the point where he is no longer a kid, son, or brother but rather property. He no longers has any free will and becomes as functional as the computer i'm using right now. The computer i'm using at the moment, is also an it.
